Eligibility: Btech Mechanical/EC/EE from 2020/21/22 Batch – 65% throughout
* Candidates need to appear in Concept Campus FIT (Fresher Intensity Test)
Salary: 3 – 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approx. 100 operator
- Will be able to handle output of FT
- Advance Manpower planning according to running lines
- Give training to operators for critical stages and do multiskilling of operators
- Asset Management
- Maintain consumable items (SIM/SD card etc) cost within acceptable limits,initiative for cost reduction
- Material Management
- Advance planning of material required for running the FT.
- In case of new models NPI pre-intimation of requirement to concern department for battery and SIM/SD card.
- Issue resolution
- Resolve issues of line related to process rejection
- On time Closure of OQA lot rejection and market feedbacks
- Report any gaps & issues of lines and FT.

Achieve RTY goal by RTY Calculation, with Process and Vendor Rejection PPM analysis
Report preparation as per requirement.
Proactive approach for process control
Failure Analysis & Preparation of CAPA report
RCA, CAPA, 8D report validation
Troubleshooting/Diagnostics skills /Root Cause Analysis
Should have Manufacturing process knowledge for Smartphone/ Tablet / Parts
Should actively participate in 6’S’, Kaizen, Automation activities.
